COMMERCIAL
Natural disasters can seriously affect the durability of concrete pavement, leading to major challenges for infrastructure resilience and safety. Earthquakes, for instance, can cause cracking and shifting in concrete surfaces, compromising their structural integrity. Floods may lead to erosion and undermine the pavement base, while extreme temperature fluctuations can result in thermal expansion and contraction, causing further damage.

INDUSTRIAL
Rainwater can damage pavement, leading to cracks and potholes that can be both unsightly and hazardous. This process begins when rainwater seeps into tiny crevices in the pavement. As temperatures fluctuate, the water expands and contracts, gradually widening these gaps. This can weaken the structural integrity of the pavement, leading to more significant issues.

RESIDENTIAL
Wind and earthquakes can cause trees to topple and roots to emerge from the ground, leading to pavement damage and posing risks for both pedestrians and vehicles.
OUR SOLUTION FOR YOU
A/C REMOVE & REPLACE
1. Removal:
A remove and replace is exactly how it sounds, the existing asphalt is excavated or removed which reveals the gravel base.
2. Base Repair:
If there are any areas where the sub base is soft they will need to be undercut then fine graded to proper grade. An undercut is an area that needs to be fully excavated and backfilled with aggregate. Undercuts usually range in depth but for the most part are 8” inches in depth.
3. Reconstruction:
After the existing asphalt is removed and the sub base is properly repaired a new layer of asphalt is applied and compacted to proper thickness.
